FreeIs my domain burned? Check in seconds

Your tool says delivered. The inbox says spam.

Instantly and Smartlead can look fine while a domain is listed, DKIM is gone, or replies have fallen to half of that domain's own baseline. Check it free. Then watch it every hour.

Sent and delivered hide the spam folder.

A sending tool reports what it did. Placement is what the mailbox did with it. Those are different systems, and the first one does not page you when the second one goes quiet.

Looks fine

Sent

The sequencer counted a send. It did not see the spam folder.

Looks fine

Delivered

The receiving server accepted the message. Acceptance is not the inbox.

Warm-up score

A green health number can sit on a missing DKIM record or a DNSBL listing.

Google's sender guidelines, in force since 1 February 2024, require SPF or DKIM for every sender to Gmail, and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for bulk senders. Sources and the exact checks.

How it works

  1. 01

    Check the domain

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, the named DNSBLs, and domain age. No account. The result has its own URL.

  2. 02

Watch it, even with no API

Starter watches DNS, authentication, and blacklists hourly. Smartlead Base has no API. That plan can still be watched.

  3. 03

Add reply rate when you can

Paste a read-only Instantly or Smartlead key. We compare the last 7 days with that domain's own locked baseline.

The same screens you get after you sign in.

These are the real components, filled with sample domains. They are not customers, and the numbers are not a result we measured.

From Inbox Watch · to you

acme-mail.com landed on NordSpam

NordSpam lists acme-mail.com. Pause sending on that domain until you confirm the listing and get it removed.

This alert fires when a new listing shows up. A refusal or an unrecognized return code is not a listing.

What the hour actually does

Authentication

SPF, the common DKIM selectors plus any you add, and DMARC. A record that used to pass and then breaks sends an email.

Blacklists

NordSpam, LashBack UBL, UCEPROTECT Level 1, PSBL, Mailspike, and s5h. Spamhaus is a manual link, not a query. A refusal or an unrecognized return code is unavailable, not a listing.

Reply rate, with a key

Locked the first time an earlier window has at least 80 sent. An alert fires under half of that rate, with at least 30 sent in the last 7 days.

Monday note

Keep, rest, or replace for each watched domain, including domains with no API key. The reason is the check, not a score.
