Inbox Watch vs Coldops

Coldops and Inbox Watch both recheck deliverability on a schedule and both compare reply rate with a domain or campaign's own history. Coldops is built for agencies that already have API keys. Inbox Watch is built for one account, including accounts that cannot get an API key.

Coldops connects EmailBison and Apollo as well as Instantly and Smartlead, drafts client reports, can post to Slack, and can pause a failing Instantly or Smartlead campaign. It also watches warmup health, lead supply, and tracking domains. Inbox Watch does none of that. Their pricing page prices flat bands of mailboxes watched, starting at $49 for 300.

We do this. They do not.

Inbox Watch has a free public checker with a shareable URL, and Starter can watch a domain with no API key at all. Coldops starts from a pasted API key. We do not write to the sending tool.
