Sample Monday report

Every Monday after 13:00 UTC, Inbox Watch emails one line per watched domain: keep, rest, or replace, and the check behind the word. Domains with no API key are included. Reply rate and bounce rate are part of the line only when Instantly or Smartlead is connected.

What the three words mean

Keep
Authentication is in place, the named lists that change a verdict are clean, and the week is inside that domain's locked baseline when one exists.
Rest
Pause or slow the domain. A reply rate under half of baseline, a 7-day bounce rate of 4% or more, a weak DMARC policy, a minor listing, or a domain under 14 days old.
Replace
Stop sending on it. A major blacklist hit, missing or broken SPF or DKIM, a 7-day bounce rate of 8% or more, or replies under 30% of the locked baseline.

The word comes from those checks, not a score. The message below is the customer template filled with the fictional Growth trial from the live demo.

A real-time alert

Between Mondays, a new blacklist hit, a broken authentication record, a bounce spike, or a reply-rate drop sends its own email. Each episode is sent once. This is the blacklist alert for acme-mail.com in the same sample account.
