About
A burned domain should not announce itself as silence.
Cold email senders should not find out a domain is burned from a dead reply rate.
The problem
Sequencers report sent and delivered. Placement in the inbox is a different thing. A domain gets listed, DKIM breaks, or the reply rate collapses against that domain's own history. The sending tool can stay green the whole time. Teams notice weeks later, when the pipeline is already quiet.
What Inbox Watch does
- Every hour: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and the named DNSBLs.
- An alert when the reply rate drops against that domain's own locked baseline. Bounce rate is read the same way. Both need a connected key.
- A Monday note that says keep, rest, or replace, with the check that produced the word.
- Works with no API key. An Instantly or Smartlead key, when you have one, is read-only.
How we work
- Read-only. We never send your email, warm a mailbox, or run a seed test.
- The lists are named, and the rules are public. Read the methodology.
- No black-box score. A verdict is the check, not a number we inflate.
- Starter is $29 a month for 50 slots. Growth is $79 for 300.
Who it is for
Agencies, founders, and SDR teams running a handful of inboxes up to a few hundred.
