These terms cover the Inbox Watch website and the monitoring service. We operate Inbox Watch. Using the site means you accept these terms.

The service

The public checker is a DNS and RDAP lookup. Paid plans add scheduled checks, email alerts, and a Monday summary. Reply-rate and bounce-rate monitoring require an API key from your sending tool. We do not send your cold email and we do not guarantee inbox placement.

Your accounts

You are responsible for the API keys you paste and for having the right to read those accounts. Smartlead's Base plan and some Instantly workspaces do not provide a key. DNS-only monitoring is the fallback, and it does not include reply rate.

Plans and billing

Starter is $29 per month for 50 slots. Growth is $79 per month for 300. A slot is a monitored mailbox or a hand-added domain with no monitored mailbox. Trials last 7 days and are billed by Stripe. You can cancel in the customer portal. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the checker to probe networks you do not care about at a volume that looks like abuse. The public route is limited to 30 checks per 10 minutes per address. Do not upload keys you are not allowed to use.

Disclaimer

DNS and third-party APIs fail, lag, and disagree. A verdict is our reading of those sources, not a promise that a message will reach the inbox. The service is provided as available.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost pipeline, burned domains, or indirect damages.
