For ecommerce senders
Email deliverability monitoring for Klaviyo and Shopify senders
Inbox Watch watches the domain that sends your store and marketing mail. It checks authentication and blacklists from DNS. It does not connect to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Shopify.
What Google and Yahoo require
Starting February 2024, Google and Yahoo require bulk senders to authenticate mail and keep complaints low. The public requirements are:
- SPF
- DKIM
- DMARC with a policy of at least p=none
- Alignment between the visible From domain and SPF or DKIM
- One-click unsubscribe on marketing and subscribed mail
- A spam complaint rate under 0.3%
Google email sender guidelines and Yahoo sender best practices. Those pages are the source for the list above. Inbox Watch adds no other figures.
What Inbox Watch does today
For a domain you add, the same checks already run for every watched domain. There is no separate ecommerce product, and there is no connection to the sending tool.
- Hourly SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks
- Hourly blacklist checks
- Email alerts when authentication breaks or a blacklist lists the domain
- The Monday report, with the same keep, rest, and replace lines used for every watched domain
Klaviyo connection: join the early list
A Klaviyo connection is not available. Join the early list and Inbox Watch will email this address when it is. This list is separate from the cold-email tip. Joining does not connect Klaviyo.
Check a domain against the DNS requirements
The free checker can see SPF, DKIM, DMARC, alignment mode, and PTR from DNS. It cannot see spam rate or the unsubscribe header on a message.
